WHAT IS A DRIP BAG?

Thanks to the handy dripbag filter, you can always have coffee on hand wherever you go! All you need is a cup and hot water and you can enjoy great coffee without any problems. For many people, good coffee is an essential part of their daily life. And if you want to have a great cup of coffee even on the go, without complicated preparation, then there is a practical and convenient accessory for you – a drip bag with coffee. This innovative way of preparing coffee is becoming increasingly popular among people who want to enjoy their favorite coffee anytime and anywhere. One of the biggest advantages of the drip bag is its easy portability. It is lightweight, portable, and can easily fit in your bag or purse. Another advantage is the speed and simplicity of preparation. Just open the bag, hang it on your mug or cup, and pour hot water over it. The coffee slowly percolates through the filter while a great selection of coffee appears at the bottom of the mug, ready to be consumed. ABOUT THE PRODUCER

Guji is an area located in the south of Ethiopia, in the Oromia region. This area is agriculturally rich and famous for its coffee production. The Guji area is surrounded by picturesque mountains, which create an ideal microclimate for growing arabica. This area is also characterized by its shady coffee plantations, where coffee trees are surrounded by a variety of flora and fauna.

The coffee has been grown by approximately 700 small farmers who deliver their devil-harvested coffee to the Uraga processing plant. The local growers emphasize traditional cultivation methods that have been passed down from generation to generation. The coffee cherries are hand-picked at the optimum stage of ripeness, ensuring that only the best cherries are processed further.

The processing is the part that really adds a lot to the coffee. Anaerobic natural. After picking, the coffee cherries are carefully selected and then placed in hermetically sealed containers – plastic barrels or Grainpro bags, where fermentation takes place without access to oxygen (anaerobic environment).
This process allows the cherries to ferment with their own enzymes, which leads to the decomposition of certain compounds and creates unique chemical reactions inside. Anaerobic fermentation intensifies the usual flavors and aromas of coffee and brings new structures of richness and complexity to its profile.

Once anaerobic fermentation is complete, the coffee cherries are spread out on drying tables and left to dry in the sun. During this process, the berry further ferments and strengthens its character.

ABOUT THE TASTE

You can find a lot in a cup. Intense flavors of berries, specifically blueberries are complemented by tropical fruits, guava, and passion fruit. Overall though, the coffee is beautifully clean and juicy. This is worth it!
