Popis kurzu
With this dripper, you can brew up to 500 ml of coffee.
For brewing use Hario 02 paper filters. We suggest rinsing the paper filter with hot water before brewing.
We suggest to pre-heat the dripper before brewing, it will make the temperature stability better.
- You can try out our recipe we use in our café:
- 15 grams of coffee/250 grams of water (94 °C)
- 0:00 – 40 grams of water
- 0:30 – up to 100 grams
- 1:00 – up to 200 grams
- 1:30 – up to 250 grams
- Total brew time 2:30-2:50
