The Roses Beer & Coffee is a café and a beer bar focused on specialty coffee from multiple European roasters and local craft beers. We change our offer pretty often. New coffees on a grinder and a batch brew almost every day and 6 different craft beers on tap.

You can visit our Espresso bar in the building of the Grand Hotel. In our café, you can taste a new fresh specialty coffee every day, with two kinds of batch brew. We also serve our signature Coffee&Spirits cocktails.
The real coffee geeks will appreciate our exclusive coffee offer, where we search for and buy the best lots in the world. To accompany your coffee with something sweet, we offer various pastries and desserts. If you’d wish to take some beans with you for your home brewing, you’ll be amazed by the biggest offer of retail bags in Brno. You can choose from both multiple Czech and European roasters.
The Roses Barista Academy is designed to match the rules and requirements of the SCA training centres. We also designed this place to be fully customizable and easily adjustable for the coffee competition trainings.
