Wave like shape of the paper filter ensure that the coffee is in minimal contact with the wall of the dripper, so the main impact to the extraction has the way of the pouring and not the shape of the dripper.
You can brew up to 500 ml with this Kalita Wave 155.
For brewing use Kalita 155 paper filters. We suggest to rinse the paper filter with hot water before brewing.
