Indonesian Hendra Washed coffee comes from Sumatra, the sixth largest island in the world, specifically from the Aceh Gayo region. This exceptional coffee is grown on the Avarata Coffee farm, located at an altitude of 1600 metres. Behind the production is coffee expert Hendra Maulizar, who won 4th place in the prestigious Cup of Excellence competition in 2023.
In Diamond’s roastery, they opted for his unique blend of multiple varieties during cupping: the Ateng, Abyssinia and SL88. The coffee beans have undergone a wet processing method that emphasizes the purity of flavors in each cup. Indonesia Hendra Washed immediately captivated us with its flavour profile dominated by the sweet taste of peach, blackberry, black tea and honey.
