The competition trainings are led by Vojtěch Růžička, Czech Barista Champion and World Barista Championship semifinalist (12th place). Vojta also trained many successful baristas, who took front places in the national competitions.

The trainings are organized in our professional The Roses Barista Academy, which is fully equipped and built for this purpose. The tables in our space are adjustable to any competition stage setup.

Competition performance consultation

What does the training include:

Firstly, we’ll check and score your competition performance according to the official scoring protocol and scoresheets (both technical and sensory). Based on that we’ll find room for improvement. All the necessary advice and suggestions on how to practice and master the presentation will be given to you.

Intensive training

What does the training include:

Firstly, we’ll check and score your competition performance according to the official scoring protocol and scoresheets (both technical and sensory). Based on that we’ll find room for improvement.

After the analysing phase, we’ll intensively practice and improve your performance to move it to the whole new level.

The minimum duration of the training is 2 days.

Full competition training and support

What does the training include:

This is full competition support and training, which starts with the consultation of your competition concept, followed by the right coffee choice. The crucial step of every competition is the right presentation structure, which we will also build and think about with you. This can be done as remote work – online.

Then, after everything is set up, we will meet in our Barista Academy or your place and master both, the coffee and the presentation together.
