Would you like to prepare great espresso? You just need to know what you need to focus on, get familiar with basic techniques and start brewing!

At the beginning of the course, we’ll introduce you to the foundation of coffee history, growing, processing and roasting. The taste differences will be then shown on cupping. We’ll also show you the history of espresso and the classification of espresso-based beverages. The practical part consists of espresso grinder adjustment and espresso preparation, correct milk steaming and pouring, cappuccino preparation and basic latte art. In the end we will show you how to clean your espresso machine and basic grinder maintenance.
You can also bring your own equipment to this course and we will show you everything on your machine!

    • 8 samples of a different origin and processing
    • Discussion about taste

    • Cleaning and maintenance

At the end of the course, you’ll receive a certificate and a small coffee gift.
