Introduction to specialty coffee


This workshop is for everybody who’d like to learn about the specialty coffee world. Offering an introduction to the coffee history, growing, processing and roasting information but the taste as well. The practical part offers cupping (coffee degustation), where we’ll show you the flavour differences. As the last part, we will taste various types of preparation such as filter coffee and espresso.

  • Basic presentaion about coffee
    • what is specialty coffee, growing, processing and roasting of coffee
  • Cupping
    • various kind of coffee origins and processings
    • Discussion about flavour differences
  • Degustation of a various coffee preparation methods
    • Filter coffee, espresso, french press
  • At the end you’ll receive a small coffee gift

At the end of the course you’ll receive certificate and a small coffee gift.
