Basic filter brewing course


The basic filter brewing course is for everybody who’d like to improve their filter coffee brewing skills, but mainly get familiar with the basic factors that affect the brewing. Firstly, we will show you the great world of specialty coffee in the presentation about growing, processing and roasting. Then the cupping follows. On cupping, we’ll taste various samples and talk about the taste differences. After cupping we will finally get into the filter brewing by talking about factors that may improve your final cup, such as grinding, brew ratio or water. This will be followed by practical brewing on various gadgets.

At the end of the course you’ll receive certificate and a small coffee gift.
