New dripper for better coffee
Less contact
The paper filter has most of its surface area out of contact with the walls of the dripper, which increases the flow rate. This allows us to grind more finely and extract much more flavour from the coffee in less time.
Less bypass
Less contact of the filter with the walls limits bypass (diluting the coffee with water that did not flow through the coffee but directly into the server, thus diluting the resulting taste). Your cup of coffee will thus be more intense and stronger (higher TDS).
Double wall
With many other drippers there is a large heat loss during the preparation process. Simplify the Brewer keeps the temperature at maximum thanks to the pseudo double wall formed by the air between the paper filter and the wall of the decanter.
Ventilation space
Three “feet” on the bottom of the dripper elevate the dripper and create a ventilation space between the dripper
and the decanter. The resulting space allows hot air to flow out, thus streamlining the flow of coffee into the decanter.
Big hole
40 mm wide bore, larger than most competing drippers. The larger bore never slows down extraction and ensures optimal flow.
